Directions from the M5 motorway

Leave the M5 Motorway at Junction 22 and then at the roundabout take the second exit sign-posted Burnham-on-Sea.

At the next roundabout take the second exit sign-posted Burnham-on-Sea/Berrow/Brean.

At the next roundabout with the Esso Garage immediately in front of you, take the second exit sign-posted Town Centre/Berrow/Brean. After about ¾ of a mile you will pass an inland lighthouse on your left. The third turning on your left after this is St Christopher’s Way and the Golf Club is clearly sign-posted.

Drive to the end of the road and enter the Club Car Park through the barrier.

Directions from the A370 (from Weston super Mare)

Follow the A370 until you reach traffic lights at East Brent. Turn right onto the B3140.

Continue along the B3140 for approximately 4 miles.

At the crossroads, turn left onto Berrow Road. Continue along Berrow road, you will see a Texaco garage on your left hand side, following this take the next right onto St Christopher’s Way

Drive to the end of the road and enter the Club Car Park through the barrier

Train: The nearest train station is ‘Highbridge and Burnham on Sea’, we are a short taxi ride away.

Airport: Bristol International (20 Miles)

Professional’s shop

The Pro shop is situated at the far end of the car park as you enter.  Please report to the Pro shop to check in before play.  David Haines and Graham Coombe are the Club’s Professionals, and will be happy to help you out with any prizes or branded goods.

The Office

The main entrance is situated to the right of the building as you enter the car park.  The office is situated at the foot of the main stair way.


The clubhouse is open from 8am until dusk – a full bar and catering service is available during these times.  If you would like to pre-arrange an evening meal, please telephone 01278 785760 Extn 2

Dress Code

Sports shirts should have a collar. Shorts are acceptable during summer months but they should be tailored and worn with knee length socks or white sports socks above the ankle.  In the Clubhouse, please refrain from wearing wet weather and outdoor clothing and no golf shoes. Please, no blue denim jeans, track suits and/or training shoes either on the Course or in the Clubhouse.

Mobile Phones

Mobile phones should not be audible and any conversations should be held outside the Clubhouse main function rooms and always out of earshot to avoid disturbing others.

Trolleys, Buggies and Caddies

Trolleys: We have Electric Trolleys available for hire, please book in advance with the Pro Shop.

Buggies: The use of a ride-on buggy is restricted to members, visitors and guests having a genuine incapacity to play golf unless aided by the use of the buggy.  Permission to use a ride-on Buggy is at the absolute discretion of the Managing Secretary. To hire the Club’s ride-on buggy please contact the Pro shop.

Caddies: Caddies must be booked in advance through the Office or Pro Shop and paid for on the day of play. Any cancellations or adjustments must be notified to the club at least 48 hours in advance.

Dormy House

We have a detached, self-contained property situated within the grounds of the Club consisting of 4 twin bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. The house contains a fully equipped kitchenette and a large comfortable lounge with a television.  To book accommodation, please call the office on 01278 785760 option 1.

Visitors are respectfully asked to observe the following:

Replace all pitch marks and repair divots

Leave bunkers as you would wish to find them. Replace the rake inside the bunker after use.

Please do not walk across the putting green situated outside the changing rooms to the first tee area – use the designated path

Please do not chip onto the putting green – there is a designated area to practice this part of your game

Please do not take trolleys across the aprons or to the area immediately adjacent the greens

When approaching the 1st Tee, please be aware of players teeing off from the right

Please note: we have a public footpath across holes 3, 13 and 16 – members of the public have right of way
